Als Keks im Garten eine geheimnisvolle alte Karte ausbuddelt, folgen Mia und Keks ihrer verschlungenen Spur quer durch die Nachbarschaft. Dort rettet Kekss kluge Nase den Tag.

In the garden where the tomatoes grew, Keks was digging like she always do. Dirt flew up in a happy spray— what did Keks find on this bright summer day?

A crinkly paper, old and brown! Mia smoothed it flat upon the ground. A dotted trail wiggled here and there. 'A map!' cried Mia. 'Let's follow it, Keks!'

Sniff, sniff, sniff went Keks's nose, tracking a trail that only she knows. Out the gate and down the lane— Mia held tight to Keks's leash and its chain.
