In the garden where the tomatoes grew, Briciola was digging like she always do. Dirt flew up in a happy spray— what did Briciola find on this bright summer day?

A crinkly paper, old and brown! Aurora smoothed it flat upon the ground. A dotted trail wiggled here and there. 'A map!' cried Aurora. 'Let's follow it, Briciola!'

Sniff, sniff, sniff went Briciola's nose, tracking a trail that only she knows. Out the gate and down the lane— Aurora held tight to Briciola's leash and its chain.
