Amara and the Volcano in her Tummy
Ages 3–7
When Amara's tallest tower tumbles down, a hot, rumbly volcano feeling rises up inside her — until a wise owl teaches her the breathing magic that turns fire into a warm, quiet hill.
A simple breathing tool — smell the flower, blow out the candle — that helps a child cool big angry feelings on their own.

Amara built and built, block by block by block. Higher than the fence! Higher than the swing! "Almost to the sky," she whispered, the small wooden sun-block clipped tight to her pocket.
Then — CRASH! The tower toppled, block by block by block, tumbling across the path. Amara's ears went hot. Her fists went tight. Something was rising inside her, fizzy and bright.
"It's not FAIR!" Amara stomped, and stomped, and STOMPED. Deep in her tummy, something hot and rumbly grew — a whole volcano waking up, ready to burst its top!
