Malik's Bedtime Detective Game
Ages 3–5
When a worry about tomorrow makes Malik's thoughts race at bedtime, a soft-glowing companion teaches him a five-senses game that turns a wiggly, buzzing night into a calm, cozy one.
Children learn a simple, repeatable 5-4-3-2-1 grounding game they can play anytime racing thoughts make it hard to settle down.

Bedtime again, and Malik's thoughts buzz like bees—zip, zip, zip! Tomorrow's big trip keeps looping round and round. He bounces on the quilted moon blanket, wide awake, wiggly, not one bit sleepy.
Then—psst!—a tiny glow drifts from the bookshelf. It's Pip, a firefly-owl who visits only when bedtime thoughts get busy. "I know a game," Pip hoots softly, "to make your buzzy thoughts go quiet."
"I'm the Five Senses Detective," Pip says, "and so are you! Slow down, look around, detective time! First clue: find FIVE things you can see." Malik grabs the wooden magnifying glass and grins.
