Theo's Calming Jar of Swirling Glitter
Ages 3–5
When big feelings turn Theo's whole world into a shaking storm, a small glitter jar teaches him that if he stays still like the settling sparkles, the storm inside him settles too.
Children learn a concrete, visual way to understand that big feelings naturally slow down and settle if we give them stillness and a little time.

Theo, wearing the soft yellow sweater with the round green patch pocket over plain navy trousers, was building a tall block tower in the cozy nook when it tumbled! His cheeks went hot as a summer stove, and inside him, a storm began to grow.
From the doorway, gentle hands set the round glass jar upon the braided rug. "Shake it up," came a soft, warm hush, "and watch what happens, love. Slow and still, the sparkles settle."
Theo grabbed the jar and shook it hard - once, twice, three times more! Blue glitter burst into a wild, spinning storm, and Pip tumbled backward in surprise.
