Priya's Yellow Cape Peace Plan
Ages 3–5
When two playroom friends both want the same yellow cape, Priya feels the same pull toward it too, then finds a clever way to turn one squabble into a two-hero flying crew.
Children see that naming feelings and offering a creative "what if" can turn a tug-of-war into teamwork.

In the sunny playroom, by the tall wooden shelf, two friends found one cape and both wanted it for herself. Mabel tugged left. Theo tugged right. The bright yellow cape stretched tight, so tight!
"It's mine!" said Mabel. "No, mine!" said Theo. Their voices grew loud, their cheeks turned red. And Priya felt a small tug too, right in her chest— she wanted that cape more than the rest!
Priya squeezed her little pendant, and it gave a soft toot. She let her own wish settle down to the root. "Let's stop," said Priya, "and think about this. What is the cape for? What do we truly wish?"
