Eli and the Comfort Kit
Ages 3–5
When a new baby arrives crying and won't stop, Eli becomes the nursery's official Head of Comfort, turning a flicker of feeling overlooked into silly faces, a wiggly dance, and a hum-along song that finally brings the giggles home.
Children feel proud, capable, and needed as a big sibling, learning that comfort — not competition — is the real superpower of growing up.

WAAAH! The cry rang loud through the honey-gold hall. Eli froze in the doorway — was he needed at all? The baby had come, and the house felt so new. He squared up his shoulders. "I'll find something to do!"
Then Eli spotted his wooden box, tucked on the shelf. "I'll be the Head of Comfort — I'll help all by myself!" Inside was a rattle, a cloth soft and light, and a tiny bell ready to shine so bright.
First he tried a silly face — eyes crossed, tongue out! The baby just blinked with a wobbly pout. He wiggled his ears and puffed up his cheeks. Still that tiny chin gave a trembly squeak.
