Sami and the Listening Day

Ages 3–5

Sami is having the best day of play ever, until a wiggly little signal asks to be heard — with Pip's silly song and Mira's help, he learns that stopping to listen feels even better than winning.

Listening to my own body is something to feel calm, proud, and celebrated about.

Sami was building the tallest tower ever! But deep inside, a wiggly little feeling tapped: 'time to go, time to go.' He wiggled and tried to ignore it — the tower was SO tall.

'Psst!' whispered Pip the bunny, hopping close. 'That wiggly feeling is your body talking. Big Kid Patrol, Big Kid Patrol — listening close is our goal!'

Sami looked at the tower, then at his wiggly tummy. He tapped his gold-star badge — tap, tap, tap! 'Okay,' he said. 'My body first. The tower can wait.'
