Ravi's First White Belt
Ages 3–5
On his very first day at the dojo, Ravi learns that real strength isn't a punch or a perfect landing — it's steady eyes, calm breath, and a respectful bow.
Children learn that discipline, balance, and respect — not force — are the true marks of strength.

Ravi peeked into the dojo, clutching the new folded white belt. Bowen the bear waved a furry paw. "First class!" he whispered. His heart went thump-thump-thump like a drum.
"Eyes up. Breathe in. Bow low," said the teacher's calm voice. Ravi, wearing the crisp white short-sleeve gi-style top with navy shorts and bare feet, bowed at the mat with Bowen right beside him.
On the mat, Ravi tried a punch — whoosh! But his feet slipped and he tumbled into a soft pile of mats. Bowen laughed kindly and rolled right along beside him.
