Maya and the Little Comet's Lullaby
Ages 3–5
On the roof of a cozy house full of star charts, Maya spots a tumbling comet that has lost its glow and, with a little cardboard rocket that turns real, flies up to sing it back to brightness.
A gentle introduction to comets and the moon that shows curiosity, kindness, and courage can light up even the darkest sky.

High on the rooftop, where the stars hang low, Maya watches a comet begin to glow. She sang, "Shine, shine, comet-friend of mine!" spotting it tumble and dim through the night.
The comet dims, its light growing thin. "Oh no," says Maya, "its glow is caving in! I must help it shine, all the way from here— that little comet needs a friend, and I can be that friend."
Down in the yard stands a rocket of old cardboard boxes, painted bright and bold. Maya climbs inside with a hopeful grin. "Let's fly up high and help Pip glow again!"
