Yuki's Snow Day Village of Kindness
Ages 3–5
On the first snow day of winter, Yuki turns her yard into a giggling village of snow angels, then huddles close with a new word — and a shy little bird — to build one warm feeder for shivering wings.
Children learn that active outdoor play and small acts of patient kindness — even after a first try flops — can turn a cold day into a warm, joyful adventure.

Snow! Soft white snow, piled up like frosting! Yuki pressed her boot into it and squealed. Some places get snow, some don't — but today, right here, it was snow-day magic, and she had a village to build!
Plop! Yuki sat right down in the snow, facing the wide-open yard. "First snow angel of the village!" she announced, wiggling her mittened hands like wings.
Swish, swish, swish! Her arms swept the snow into wings. Swish, swish, swish! Say it with me — swish, swish, swish!
