Sofia's Sleepy Star Hug
Ages 3–5
After a day of running, jumping, and chasing sunshine, Sofia feels too wound up to sit still — until gathering every plushie into one cozy circle and whispering thanks for the day helps her settle into deep, peaceful sleep.
A gentle gratitude-and-wind-down routine that helps little ones name a good moment from their day and settle into calm, confident sleep.

All day Sofia ran and raced the wind. Now the sky turns soft and gold. Legs still wiggle, hands still wiggle. Time to slow down, little runner.
"Slippers off the running feet, now park them nice and neat!" Sofia lines up two small slippers by the bed, like parking two little boats after a long day at sea.
But wiggly legs won't sit still yet! Sofia hops and spins around the rug. "I need my circle," she says, "before I can rest."
