Emma and the Deep End Dive
Ages 6–8
Emma is nervous about the pool's deep end, but with Coach Marisol's steady help, three slow breaths, and her own growing courage, she finally jumps in, finds a small yellow friend at the bottom, and rises to the surface a brand-new diver.
Facing a big fear becomes possible with small steady steps, a calming breath, and a trusted friend cheering alongside you.

The community pool shimmered like a giant sheet of blue glass. Splash! Whoosh! Emma stood at the edge of the shallow end, toes curled over warm tile, staring down the long lane toward the deep end. "That water goes so deep," she whispered, patting her little orange float belt for courage.
"Good morning, brave swimmer!" called Coach Marisol, striding up with her silver whistle swinging. "Today we visit the deep end." Emma's stomach flipped like a pancake. "It's so... deep," she said. Coach Marisol smiled. "Deep doesn't mean scary. Let's go take a look together."
They walked along the tiled edge until the water below turned from pale blue to deep, dark azure. Plip, plip went the ripples. Emma peered over, heart thumping like a drum. Far below, something small and yellow bobbed and winked. "What's that?" Emma asked, pointing at the tiny shape.
